Shipping Policy

We ship through USPS Priority Mail to get your package to you as quick as possible. Please note that due to Covid-19, shipping times might be delayed.

IRIS Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS if you have any issues with your package.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have any issues with our products, please send us an email (see contact page) and we'll help resolve your issue as soon as possible!

Invalid Adresses

​

If the address you provide is missing a zip code, city, unit number, etc, you will be contacted via email. If there is no response, a refund will be issued.

If your package is sent back to us due to an invalid address, a refund will be issued (shipping not included).

Once your package has been shipped, IRIS Beauty is no longer responsible for said package. If your package is missing, or sent to the wrong address, please contact USPS.
